Enrolment Process

1. Contact the Scheme to discuss your childcare needs.

2. We connect you with a suitable educator.

3. The educator will send an enrolment form via Harmony.

4. Families provide required documents, including birth certificate, 

immunisation history statement, emergency contacts and authorised nominees.

5. Enrolment is confirmed, and care can commence.

Child Care Subsidy

Cornerstone Family Day Care Scheme has applied for approval to administer the Child Care Subsidy (CCS), and our application is currently being assessed by the Australian Government.

Until CCS approval is granted, Cornerstone cannot administer CCS or apply CCS reductions to family fees. Families will be informed when our CCS approval has been confirmed and provided with information about the CCS process at that time.

Families may be required to provide:

• Child’s birth certificate

• Immunisation history statement

• Authorised nominees for collection

• Medical information or management plans (if applicable)
