Starting care with Cornerstone is simple. Once a place is offered, the educator will email the enrolment form to your family through our approved system (Harmony). Families complete the enrolment and provide required documents before the child commences care, including the child’s birth certificate, immunisation history statement, emergency contacts, authorised nominees and any medical information where applicable.
Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is administered by Cornerstone Family Day Care Scheme as the Approved Provider. Families may be eligible for CCS to help reduce fees. Once enrolment is confirmed and CCS is active, invoices and attendance records are managed through the Harmony Parent Portal. Families can access statements and sign attendance records to confirm actual hours of care.
